So bogus. I'll tell you exactly what happened.

I was #66.

I was playing a farmer with low defense and low jets. I got hit by Ebert00 who is Aggressivebynature and by some other players who are now top 10.

I didn't retal because I ALWAYS save my retals for later. I decided to store my turns as I normally do.

Then something happened.
#89 hit me x3 for no reason. I noticed he was a Tyranny Techer and what I know about techers is, if they are warring, then that means they aren't teching. So, my plan was to get my retals in and buy up turrets. That didn't work.

It didn't work because #89 just so happened to be online when I attacked. And so, as I grabbed the land back, he ROR, and got even more land back. I quickly tried to buy up turrets but by then it was too late. #89 then sent me a message saying 'lets truce'. And I didn't respond. #89 hit some other players up and when I saw his DR go back down from those LGs I decided that was my chance to get my ROR in and this time turret myself up. This time it worked. Then I decided to get my retals on other players who had hit me early on. Ebert00 was one of those players.

I tried to spy him and he just so happened to be online and tried to outrun me using his turns. I then sent him a message saying why bother running when I'm going to get you eventually. I told him I was going to do whatever it takes to get my land back. That's when he posted on this forums that I should get my account deleted along with #89. So, for all of you who look up to Ebert00 for his playing skills just remember this, the guy will do anything to win. Even attempt to get your account deleted if you're about to retal him. It just goes to show, the mods *listen* to certain players pleas and delete accounts without any sort of investigation.

The only players I retal'd were players who hit me early on. I did bottom feed 3 players almost 1/3rd my net. But the other two were players who hit me early on. I'd be almost willing to bet that last player I hit was a mod playing the game. That's how fast the response was for deleting my account.

I've displayed and other players have displayed far more obvious cheaters in this game and nothing happens. Warster and other players saw two countries obviously warring one another (with no hint of cheating) and my account gets deleted. Whichever mod deleted my account, I wish you used that same motivation to examine market manipulation and people using two accounts to buy one anothers' goods. This game is a fluffing joke.

And for the record- NO MODs contacted me for why it was deleted- they just deleted it. I logged in and it says it was deleted for violation of rules.

A game with incredibly fluffty mods. Look at team server. Days without a ruling on deletions. Now here, ebert the baby back fluff reports cheating that wasn't cheating, and deletions.

This game is dying really fast, and apathetic mods are a part of that.

AggressiveByNature is the one who I told 'I don't know why you're trying to outrun my retal I will get my land eventually.,.. ect, ect.'
It was AggressiveByNature who accused me of coordinating. Then maybe 10mins later Ebert00 posts on boards of almost the exact message. And keep in mind at this point- I hadn't attacked anyone except #66. So it wasn't too hard to figure out after my discussion with AggressiveByNature of who he was. I have a style of instigating people before I retal them IF I see them trying to outrun my retal after a failed spy ops.

I dont care if Ebert00 has played mainly HG. Ebert00 hasn't been playing the same style lately anyways., if you've noticed. He's been doing lots of dbl / triple attacks lately. I know it's him. And if it isn't, whoever is playing it, is certainly relaying their opinions to Ebert00 in such a convincing way that Ebert00 felt he should respond on the boards about it. And one thing I've learned about Ebert00, he doesn't post unless it's an event which directly affects him.

I think it is probably Ebert because I don't see Ebert's regular country. If "Aggressive" messaged Celphi calling him out for coordination, and then Ebert made same point on the forum right after, it stands to reason.

Btw, I do not think that makes Ebert a snake. He was being open about why he thought it was cheating, it wasn't very snake-like.

However, it wasn't cheating and Ebert was wrong... I think we can mostly all agree on that

I don't know about any of this other stuff, I just want my country (#89) re-instated, because I didn't break any rules. I also want Celphi's country (#66) re-instated because he also didn't break any rules... but don't tell him until another few minutes so I can continue my AB party.

If its not re-instated, I don't see myself playing express much longer.. I am active for 8+ hours a day at work, and its my activity-level that threw a red flag at whichever mod did a drive-by banning on 2 innocent countries.

Tella is the mod around these parts.

Thank you for reminding me why I do not play on this server. I was starting to reconsider and try it out again. Instead, now I'm considering quitting the other two servers I still play on.

viceroy.. its a game and people make the fun part of it. If everything was predictable and everyone could ace this server.. i think that would be boring.

Albeit i know that no one likes getting deleted or cheating.. but that's what makes the game fun. I am not condoning either however that is what brings colour to an old game that i have come to love over the 15 years i have been here.

Each here bring an unique experience and having chance to interact is awesome in my opinion.

Fyi.yes I am aggressivebynature. Yes I have been playing very differently lately. I was bored of teching and netting same reset after reset. As for me reporting the two countries...put yourself in my shoes. The news looked like obvious land trading then intentional Dr to allow a country to go all jets with no worries about being hit back. I reported what evidence I had ingame and to tellarion.I also created that thread. I have no clout with mods ask have been purpled myself(for reasons I still disagree with). If you were incorrectly deleted that sucks and sorry for you. It really does nothelp incandescent messaging me how you can go all jets and I can't farm you back...anyway...it is possible mods saw things that we did not.
