can we have like 3 months in a row for express where the bots actually don't randomly go offline throughout the rounds? it makes playing very difficult. it is one thing if we don't have them, but is another thing to randomly have them working, it really screws the economy.

How often do you guys typically see the bots update on Express? I saw a few played their turns 7.5 hours ago

In general the bots play every 1.5-5 hours. There are exceptions as it is a bit random.

But since its random you will see one out of 35 bots play turns every 5-20 minutes.

Suppose they bought oil at $9999 a barrel. Suppose they just kept buying it long after it had any marginal utility.
Suppose you could then steal it from them and sell it back to them at $9999 per barrel.
It wouldn't be long before fascists were looking down their noses at every one else and telling them to learn how to play the game. If anyone complained, just call them the village idiot. Argue we all play on the same level field, don't we?

what about the skill in guessing when they will turn back on?

The bots have pretty much removed the skill from the game anyway. Make it a even more a game of chance.
Have the bots en masse turn off and on several times during a set.

They appear to be on now.

The admins are not sure why they stop but plan on investigating. When they stop for whatever reason, they currently have to be manually restarted.

etar reaper reached ~7k acres yesterday (near 36 hrs ago) and after that has only lost land. many bots have gone offline around 10am yesterday and some ~2 hrs before.
