some people send me research pacts just because im theo and i reply to them im cashing, its not exactly unusual or secret, in a way its the most fun strat since its the newest strat

if i was cheating to help myself do better id do something like store 900 turns in one country, play 900 all ex in another, drop d, farm it with the first country after exploring to say 4k then have lots of land and score more than 28m or whatever the record is

might even attack myself out of DR then put my main country into mass DR

and as to having a non theo win, i would be hard pressed to think of an express strat that shouldnt jump as theo, although i like to jump as demo sometimes, in express its a lot harder to get enough mil tech to make it okish

but the admins are looking into a glitch where the ingame incountry news was inaccurately reporting who did what to whom

if it turns out that the glitch effected this server as pain suggests it might have then i will acknowledge that i was misled by my incountry news

if it turns out i GSed enshula 80 times when he did nothing to me then i will express my condolences and maybe even apologize not sure if i have anything to apologize for given that my news said enshula did it
