I'm not here to complain about being FS'ed, but I do take offense to the idea that those of us who have lost countries are lazy.

PAN is a clan of netgainers and our countries are built in that way. My countries took the brunt of the first assault, and when I logged in about 4 hours ago, I was down to 3 of 16 countries.

Instead of logging on to wall, I actually was doing my job. Instead of logging in tonight to wall, I'll be in my grad class.

I play this game the way I do because I don't have time to be 20 seconds away from my portal page at all times in case of a war.

Again--I'm not sore that NBK declared on us. I'm actually surprised PAN has had such a span of peaceful sets since having issues with IMP and NBK probably close to 2 years ago now.

But the very notion that rebel is bringing up that because they're working over our generally undefended countries played by people who don't buy into the philosophy that warring is the most fun way to play is a bit silly.

It's along the lines of PAN celebrating because we've smoked NBK and CC in netting the last however many sets. We measure ourselves against TKO, ESD and our own past sets--not against people who play the game in a completely different way.

I am not bragging you are suggesting we are doing a bad FS. I reply to that. If you are killing with 157 HPK you are not doing a bad job, no matter if your target has no defense and is to lazy to wall.

Who cares if it was a netting tag, they always net. Not the war clans fault for lack of war tags.

Infact IMO thereno such things as war/netting tags. Just sets of occasional this or that.

With great risk comes great reward, well this set the risk bit them in the ass. I Dont see the problem with who you declare on or when, it happens.its the nature of the beast with this game.

The risk is that you're playing an online game against a bunch of people who haven't matured beyond elementary school. Most people are civilized enough to not ruin someone else's game out of boredom. But there's always that bully on the school playground who gets bored so he starts beating up other kids and breaking their stuff.

Most people don't have the "I'm bored, so I'm going to wreck your game just because you're having more fun than me" philosophy. But some people do. And it is the people with that philosophy who have contributed the strongest towards the decline in membership that Earth 2025/EE has had over the years.

You guys need to grow up.

NBKers dont like friendly arranged wars, we never have in all the years i've been here. we do vote on it on occasion, but it never sits well. If we dont have a reason to fight...(usually) we don't enjoy it as much :-P

oh yeah there are plenty of war tags to go around. Oh wait you mean 2-3? 1 is already warring so that leaves 2, that tag is less than half our size, yeah lets FS them cause that will be fun!

The only thing that should ever be said:

You should have to fight for your rights to netgain in a war game.

That is all.

On the contrary, people should band together and punish those who play without honor. Or we can just act like uncivilized five year olds.

I'd like to bring some civilization and decency to this game, but I'm fighting a losing battle against people like you.


I think of it a little bit like hockey. In hockey you do have fights, but the fights are either between goons who are both looking to fight, or they are punishment for someone making a dirty hit. You don't see goons going out there fighting against skill players. There's also certain unwritten rules to the fights, such as dropping your gloves, taking off your helmet, not using your stick during the fight, not hitting the other guy when he's not ready, not hitting him when he's down, etc.

But most importantly, in hockey you only see fights between people who are looking for a fight or have provoked a fight with a dirty hit.

You don't have any goons saying "star players need to fight people like me for their right to skate on the ice".

It's really pathetic that hockey players are more civilized than we are.
