Here's the issue, as bluntly as I can put it. I am not going to paint a giant bull's eye on my alliance for sets to come for breaking pacts with allies, just to appease any particular group. The issue is, one side started this war, knowing how it would play out.

Were I to commit SOTA to this conflict, I would most certainly drive most of the new members I've acquired this set as well as those picked up from the last set away to some other alliance because they are in no way supporting this war.

I am not going to risk the ruin of this alliance over petty politics, we have pacts with everyone participating in this conflict and thus far, we have found ourselves unable to commit ourselves to one side or the other as it would create a conflict of interest.

Think what you want of me for doing this, but personally � I would rather keep my members and continue the growth of my alliance than be forced to continue recruiting to replace those that would leave because of this. I have said it once, I will say it again � SOTA is staying neutral.

I would like to thank you as well, we are just hoping that those on the other side of this conflict don't look down on us for choosing to remain out of this conflict.

I believe nobody can blame you for keeping your own members safety your first priority especially if your clan has pacts with both warring sides.
