We'll have a two week period between when players can create countries and when the first round starts. That might be a good time to do recruiting and the creation of tags since boxcar will support the new server by then. Right now it's tough because none of the third party tools support the Cooperation server.

Some of us remember how to find targets and suchlike using only ingame tools. :)
