The Cooperation, Alliance, FFA, Primary, and Express servers will be upgraded to Change Set 32 after their current rounds end.
Change Set 32:
Changes to all servers:
* Unit calculations for type 1 ghost acre returns now include readiness and the attack power bonus from declaring war. With this change, all attack power modifiers now apply to the number of units sent calculation for type 1 ghost acre returns. As a reminder, type 1 ghost acres are extra buildings (along with acres) that can be acquired from landgrabs. One limit placed on type 1 ghost acres return is based on the number of units sent by the attacker. As of Change Set 32, the formula is as follows:
20 * ALL_OFFENSIVE_POWER_MODIFIERS * (TROOPS_SENT_ON_ATTACK + JETS_SENT_ON_ATTACK + TANKS_SENT_ON_ATTACK) / LAND_OF_ATTACKER
* Recent intended changes to government bonuses were done through an ancient internal system and were not applied as expected. This system has been removed and now all government changes are directly tied to a server's Change Set. The bonus effectiveness benefit for the Fascist government has been reduced from 15% to 10%. For now, the industrial production bonus for the Communist government will remain at 125% on the Cooperation server and at 135% for all other game servers.
Changes to non-clan servers:
* Public market commission for the Communist government has been increased from 10% to 12%.
Free For All server only:
* This server is no longer exempt from the type 1 ghost acres cap based on sent units.
