Dear Jiman,
I appreciated your private message. It was very thoughtful and carefully crafted. You are one of the few FAs around that harken back to the old days, when you could have a cordial conversation about an incredibly irritating FA issue. Kudos to that.
That said, any RoRs by SOL on our country will not end well. Do you think Paradigm, after over a year of constant fighting over our retal policy, is going to just bend over and let SOL stick their fluff in our ass?
You're a good FA, Jiman, and I have much respect for you.
But unless you want this to end badly for both parties, please do not RoR our retals. SOL hit *us*, not the other way around. Even though we enforce our retal policy both ways, we're even MORE in the right because your alliance was the attacking one, and we're the defending one. Therefore, by that logic, our policy is the trumping one.
Our retal policy has not been a secret to anyone. SOL knew our policy before they hit us. If you don't like our retal policy, then don't hit us.
On our end, SOL is and has pretty much always been on a permanent DNH-basis because we don't want to deal with a "who's-fluff-is-bigger-battle". We leave you alone and respect your policy, so please extend the same courtesy to us.
