It's the second day i vote on top100arena and i don't get the bonus points: the link keep saying i have an available bonus, and i keep voting, but it doesn't work.

Does not seem to be a consistent problem. It may be a top 100 arena problem, not something the EE staff has any control over.

I have the same problem from multiple computers as well, so I guess it may very well be top100arena problem.

I sent a msg to top100arena linking this thread: let's wait for a reply :)

Now it gives me "Incorrect code" over and over, and none from arena100 answered or mailed still...

they grt alot email per day and most are on vacation atm.

now both the 24 hours bonus give me "Incorrect code": i tryed flushing dns, running CCleaner, AVG, updating windows, everything i could....pretty annoying.

After several attempts i got the first to work, but top100 not still.

i had the bonuses work (some time ago today), but when i went ingame and 'spent' them on turns, i have not been awarded the bonus turns.

I've been unable to get that bonus for many days now. Everytime I vote, it seems to go through on that website, but EE does not update me as having voted nor does it award my bonus points.

Now i can't get both bonus points again: this is pretty annoying, since it's a disadvantage in all games vs other players.

It gives me back incorrect code every time i try.

It hasn't been working for me either; it's almost certainly on their end, given it's only been happening with that one site

As to getting the "incorrect code" on the 24-hr bonus sites, clear your cache. Your browser is storing the images, so the next time you try to get your bonuses, your browser just loads up the first captcha image in your cache for that site, because it's faster. Clear your cache, and you should get a good image on the sites.

i voted and got bonuses according to bonus stats.

My cache gets cleaned upon start of the pc: anyhow i did a CCleaner again and a cache clean again.

I sent a note to the admins asking them what is up. i've verified the problem is indeed on their end and is not something we have control over.

if they don't reply in a few days, I'll send them another one telling them I'm planning to pull their link from our incentives if it's not working -- i'm not interested in sending our users to their site if they're not providing the service they promise.

if they don't have it resolved soon after that, I'll just replace it with a "free bonus" link until we can find a suitable replacement.

Update: it has been working for 2 days now. Seems the problem is fixed. I'll update if it doesn't work again.

this has started not awarding bonuses again for me. i feel it's pointless going for decay bonus now as in order to really take advantage of it you need to hit these bonuses almost every day which is difficult enough without missing days and days of this bonus.
