How do I get some?

I was members of certain pages, that would sent me hundreds of proxy links every week back when I was in college and getting "free books" donated to me by the net, was great for my limited pockets.

So how can I find more now that I am old and technologically behind the times?

Umm... I don't think this is a place to ask for proxies, might be a touchy subject.

I am sure some old RD, RED, un4givin, GNV, LaF, Elietes, pinoy, or almost any FFA players can help you though.

Is not like I plan to use them in the game, and like you said there should be a fair number of people with knowledge of them.

With tighter internet laws in the horizon, I just want to have options in case some sites that I frecuent change policies and block all members of certain countries (one did just that)...

Go to http://groups.google.com and search "proxies", you should find a few fresh groups depending on what you are looking for. I use proxies for Netflix (US has more selection than Canada) and Hulu.

I just spoof an XFF header to watch US shows (well ones that don't check for it; comedy central &etc; hulu is too smart for that)

Finally did the signature thing.

i use webproxies to click the middle bonus

theres piles of those around if thats what your after

what you probably should do is just use a vpn in another jurisdiction, it seems a lot even setup multiple ip's so you can use one country for a european vpn and a north american vpn and so on

i only use them to bug the moderators after an IP ban. but they usually require me to boot up a computer. it's probably not worth the effort now.
