Mind sharing how you cam about "evening the tags up"? Is it just member numbers and nw?

We are evening out members only. We gave our members a choice to participate by joining the new tag or stay in old tag. Lots of members (including many of our most active vets) decided not to participate and are remaining in the [SoF] tag.
