Next set is going to be a special set for SoF as it marks our 70th set. We will be running 2 tags for the set with 1 tag netting and the other tag warring.

Our warring tag will be looking to engage in a pre-arranged friendly war for this special set. As such we are now looking for expressions of interest from any Alliance interested in participating in a friendly with or against SoF.

Due to the size of SoF we know a straight 1 on 1 on even terms may not be possible, so we are quite open as to the configuration of any such war. Alliances may only want to partially participate (i.e split their tag) and such expressions of interest are welcome.

Alliance Leaders who wish to express their interest on behalf of their Alliance please do so by contacting Boltar or Warner (I am still away on vacation right now and will not be home until Sunday).

I would also like to take this opportunity to inform all Alliances that SoF is current reviewing all our pacts and pact terms thoroughly in preparation for the new set and will be making significant changes to our pacts to reflect our present relationships and how we view them. We will be in contact with many Alliances in the lead up to the new set but please keep in mind we will not be signing any pacts as yet until our review is complete. We will also be making several policy changes and information regarding this will be released at a later date.

I am sure MD/Sol can match your war-tag.
( however i am not speaking for any of them ).

Other possibilities ( Imag/Md / Sol/Imag / Evo/Sol / Evo/Md ).

Or you can just make that epic War against Laf war-tag.

How about no netting tag and go Sof vs MD/SOL.

Obviously I'm just throwing stuff out but, if you want a real challenge tag up SOL's most active and MD's most active to battle your war tag.

both the WAR tag and the tag's enemy will be land farms for the netting tag. :D

A fair pre-arranged war can only hapen with Sof ws 2 other tags
( or Sof Ws Laf ).

Any other Sof ws X war - Sof will select their best war members and "X" will just have to stuck with inactives, new-members or vets who will go in vacantion/inactive mood during the war. Therefore as long as the numbers are equal Sof will have a clear advantage.

Therefore if Sof is really looking for a fair pre-arranged war they should contact Laf or 2 other tags.

If a player does not feel they will be active enough to war and thus chooses to net that is still there option. SoF is not forcing anyone into either tags.

I believe Alin has a point.. I was replying to Boltar so that seems kind of obvious :P I realize Sof wont force people into a tag but it wont be the people who are on once every 3 days who choose to join your war tag so it will be fairly stacked, especially if you find a good war.

Right so what I think Sov is saying.. is that anyone who wants to war sof from different tags who are active enough create a war tag to match the numbers for an all around even war.. Im guessing they can be from any tag besides sof or its allies.. but i could be wrong this is just my understanding..your best warriors against ours

@ all: instead of saying blufffluff about SoF choosing active members in the war tag, you guys can organize your best warmongers (from different tags) and create 1 single tag just to war our main tag next set (and beat them of course). =)

You will find that the ratio of inactives in our last friendly war was in line with our normal ratio of inactives when the entire tag wars. Do some warstat analysis and you can see it in the numbers.

We are open to any configuration ideas. We are able to think outside the square.
