This is why they should have video monitoring of who comes into or out of the bathrooms so you can see the moron with the glue go in, then find him or her and glue their mouth to the rim of the toilet.

i find it difficult to imagine the timing required to make the prank work. i tend to avoid sitting on wet toilet seats.

I agree with Cerberus, kids these days are just plain asshats. When I was growing up if I acted up my dad would have slapped the crap out of me until I straightened up and flew straight. Like the old saying "Spare the rod...Spoil the child"
