if those robbers would have gotten injuries (even mild ones like bruises etc) then clerk would been even in deeper troubles (like paying compensations to robbers).

Burglar falls through roof of victim's house. Somehow, the burglar becomes victim and can sue.

yea, can't even defend home/etc with or w/o weapon (baseballbat to pistol/revolver) and if defends then can end up in jail instead robber ending in jail.

Marshal, sounds like your country needs a Castle Law. Frankly, it sounds like a human rights violation to say that someone can't defend themselves.

law says person can defend him/herself and others can help but courts sometimes give defender sentence (fine or probation or even jail time), its very thin line what can do and can't do to defend itself or property and its very bad if uses firearm to defend property since law says firearms need to be in locked cabinet and bullets not in same place as firearms. there is no clear line what person can do to defend itself or property since it varies between courts (and ultimately eu court can give its opinion and that can start whole case from beginning again).
