could be your end (isp) or something between your comp and server.

there's a bug in the game... to get rid of it, do this.

In Control Panel
* Custom
* Manage

- Mark all your countries
- Change government to Democracy
- Change government to Republic
- Change government to Dictatorship
- Set tax at 100%
- Cash ALL turns on all your countries
- Go to Private market and SELL all your military/bushels
- Change government to Monarchy

This will make your accounts faster and will give you superweapons 2 days from now.

If it doesn't work, repeat the steps.

ok, I tried it. Waiting 2 days now for the super weapons. It worked last reset :)
