I miss the ability to be able to steal tech from dead countries. this was the main way I could steal enough tech to cover my turn costs. Even if the ability lasted only for some many days it would help out the spy countries.

techstealing was somewhat crappy in mehul's game so it would need boost and then other ops would need boost too.

Place all the French you want Marshal ("soit", "to be"), it doesn't make your arguments right or wrong :p In any case, techstealing does suck to be fair. I consider tech stealing to be the equivalent of camping in an FPS.
