The middle bonus ad, I think it is the top100arena.com changed their format a bit and now places an additional ad over their captcha and it forces you to wait until it times out. Somehow its eluded by adblocker so far.

i have seen only their email request for newsletter and after voting countdown to verify something. of course i have my own blocklist.

adblock lets/will let some google's and microsoft's ads thru. money talks.

use adblockplus and add *.amazonaws.* to block-list and that banner won't be shown.

yes we can but its annoying and x to close that thing is bit hard to see (especially if uses smartphone) and its a just another delay to get bonus points.

don't think so but adding amazonaws to block-list removed that questionnaire (I have it blocked in FF and when I used Seamonkey to vote I saw that questionnaire again).
