Its been a fair while since I played this game, I hadn’t forgotten about it, but it was close. However, thanks to a few people still playing and holding up the La Cosa Nostra name – this happens…

As I am sure you will have noticed over the past few weeks, quite a few old-timers have been posting on Alliance Talk. This isn’t a coincidence. We were invited back by the current leadership for one final play of the game. Some of us may play again afterwards, but never again will the tag of LCNostra be used officially. At the end of the reset, we will close the doors on what is almost 20 years of history.

We look forward to your banter for the rest of the reset, and fully expect to be declared the 11th best alliance ever.

At your discretion you may also randomly award us other awards such as; 11th best attempt at a reunion set, 11th best as naming countries, 11th best at being 11th best, 11th best at retiring, 11th best at posting on Alliance talk.

We will not accept any awards where we are placed other than 11th.

LCN will only accept FA conducted through alliance talk. Any attempt to conduct business with us in private will be ignored.

Oh, before I leave... Assassin reserves the rights to have multiple orgasms this reset and as a result may decide to keep LCN going to achieve more orgasms in the future.

Anyone recall CHAOS days?

LCN was the 11th serious alliance I ever played a reset with back in the day when ROME merged with you for a reset. I can't remember who taught me but I believe that is the first time I actually was taught to play by a solid player. 2001 maybe? 2002? I don't remember. Does anyone know which set ROME was tagged with LCN?

Anyway thank you for helping me take my first steps towards learning this game and thank you for always being awesome people.

I have called LCN my home since the fall of the Devil's Advocates and I have not missed a set. To have it end after this set is bitter sweet and I am grateful for the time I have had in LCN. Thank you all!
