It's all about what you can enforce as a country. Missiles should probably be a last resort and/or a deterrent if someone spies you and sees all them missiles setting around.

Haha I'm helping your cause by not selling my bushels on the private market :p Instant cash is much more appealing anyways. I don't normally sell on the public market unless I can make a noticeable difference. If I'm only going to make a few bucks more on the public market its not worth the wait for the cash... Us Farmers need to cut back on the supply a little bit. If each farmer only sold a set percentage on the public market and cut the supply back we could raise that price some, or people would build farms if they didn't want to spend more. Either way it would be better than cheap food!

NW after using 300 turns is irrelevant because your first few hundred turns are more about getting setup than what your NW is, and actually your NW through the set doesn't really matter a whole lot.

I'm also testing out the Fasc government on this server, well because I've never played it before. I'm currently a farmer as this is the safe(er) strat to play. Oil can be a risky business on a small server because demand may not be there and if there isn't much demand you're screwed because you cannot dump the oil on your PM for a guaranteed price. Being a farmer is nice because like afaik said you have a back fall of $32 per bushel provided you didn't buy any military tech.

Tech is important because you can more than double your production however I've found that the Agricultural tech market has been kind of shallow. Luckily if the Agricultural tech market is empty you can still buy business and residential (although AG tech is priority #1) which will still benefit you through lower expenses and hopefully a positive cash flow.

In this server its more of a challenge to get the proper tech levels because you have to concentrate on military more than you would on the Alliance server, where tag protection plays a role. You must find two good allies (two other people with similar military levels in the same type of units as you. I.E. if you have 500,000 turrets your allies need to also have 500,000 turrets to maximize the benefit for you and your ally. Having two good allies will boost your defense by 50% thus allowing you to have a few less units than otherwise. Being a farmer you must survive the early game dominance of the Indies until you can out grow them.

Farm PDM and they will give you a headache :p

Untaggs have no place in this server... The very point of the server is to create Alliances to play together against other Alliances. When you throw someone in that has no political tie to any group of players will be [insert explicit description] until they exist no more!

This is why new people need to start in primary then be recruited into the alliance server (exactly how pang has planned it).

I'd like to see somehow accounting for spy attacks. You could do this in the background to use the spy attacks to also rate the effort.

That would work slagpit, however, I think this is still a good idea to implement. Some members are lazy and do not check their boards before running turns and a notice of some type like this could be beneficial upon log in. I would say that only the founder or a select few in the alliance have access to send this type of message.

I agree with locket... Just retal every hit on you and they will stop grabbing. It's when you have no one to retal and they know they can get away with your land and you can't hit back that you get raped. I mean look at what you did to Rage when you realized they couldn't retal? Point in case. It is so vital, maybe even more so with a small alliance, to retal every hit made on you.

One reason I left PDM was because you guys are unstable right now and do not make smart decisions. Maybe years in the past I would have enjoyed your crazy antics and suicidal game play but now-a-days I'm more calm and collected.

TAN: I play on my iPhone and works just fine! An app would be cool to have and be more user friendly.

This is the same concept except game level not 3rd party site level.

A lot of games have some sort of achievements! Battlefield for the PC is one that comes to mind (because that game rules!).

Well email would be best and here is the reason I think so: email is more accessible for people than the game/forums. A lot of work places/schools and such will ban sites such as this. Furthermore if it is email then I'll have easy access to it no matter where I am!

So many people like 'Achievements' they can earn in games. It adds another level of game play. We could have a bunch of achievements where say for example you kill 100,000 civilians in a reset or grab 5,000 acres in a reset (obviously there could be thousands of achievements) that could be displayed under your previous countries and could be called 'Your Achievements' where you could view all the achievements you've earned. And furthermore you could link your game log in to your forum log in and have little .gif trophies that display under your name (this could also be a manual process if you cannot link the two accounts).

We should have an option to link our in game messages to our email address and every time you receive a message in game it sends a copy to your email.

I like this policy as it is logical.

Here is what I don't get: if everyone hates laf why don't you band together and tag kill them every set?
