Yes, the one known as Kta was talking and something and such and such, but no one would 5v5 us this set except Prom and we were bored and etc etc this and that, people getting grab happy and so on and so forth and all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn't put Whiskey Jones back together again. We know you like to police yourselves, which is why we waited patiently for action on #97. We just couldn't wait any longer. Lords has been too soft on folks lately, and 3 ROR's is just something we can't (and shouldn't) stand for. #97 if you're really sour, just don't do that again and we won't kill you.

since they cost so much, wouldn't it be nice if they stuck with you throughout a set? not like they'd give you a huuuuge advantage. just make starting back up a lil' easier.

keep team server. it is a viable, active server. according to the server description, no one is breaking any rules. if you want to enforce your view of the server (it is YOUR view and many people have fun in team server as its) as you spell out, then do it in the game instead of trying to get the server shut down.

or wait...just don't play team server if you don't want to?? i choose to ONLY play team server.

Does the current bonus system keep the bonuses you've acquired after your country is killed or do you have to start all over again?

If they stayed it would be more motivation for people to keeping fighting as well as get restarts off the ground quicker.

it's really trendy to come in here, war RD and then leave, fluffing about how it's not fair &c.

war would be 5v5, 1 team vs 1 team. Lords second team will police for ourselves (and probably the other side if they need it). personally, i would prefer to fight an established team on the server rather than one put together for this war.

we had a great 10v10 vs FBI set before last, hoping to get a good 5v5 next set. might be good if some in your larger team want to net and some to war, you can all eat cake and have it too.

could not log to my country on the mobile page. the country in question had a long country name and was all in lowercase. the countries around it had shorter names but were all caps. not matter how much I zoomed in I could only click the county above or below. by the time I manually typed alliance.mobil... I was dead.

could be my device being buggy too but ive had trouble clicking on the right countris before, is ther or could there be a dropdown menu to select countries in mobile?

yep just some master setting so that any country you create automatically starts with the tutorial turned off.

upgraded FFA control panel to make running countries faster, global account settings such as across all servers, 'turn off tutorial' option, no ads of course, some very slight in-game advantages: maybe 1-2 bonuses that are 'patron only' or get to pick from different bonus sets (war farm cash indy specific bonus) that are tweaked slightly for certain strats.

for lords we definitely had some miscommunication on our opening attack, i feel we could have killed another country but wound up attacking two different ones at the same time and only getting the one kill. both failed kills were active and it hurt us bad not taking out one of them initially. we also had one completely inactive country (it wouldn't have hit fbi all set!).

FBI definitely got a turns advantage quick, but then killed so many restarts (poor kta, i died a couple times as well when i had barely gotten 50 hits off) instead of really focusing on taking out our big ones. my hat is off to ali gunny and warlorde for keeping strong through most of the set. that is where the tide changed...if the set had gone on another few days i think Lords would be clearly on top with our breakers and restarts getting bigger. Tisya had a really well built country, it wasn't really possible at all for us to kill her there at the end. oil prices were at 999 at one point and the turns and military were never in the same chat at the same time.

from memory (because my data finding skills are lax) i think FBI had 15 kills, Lords 12 plus #194 who deleted?? we didn't have the turns to kill it which was funny to see it delete. FBI had 1 original country survive, Lords 2. FBI hpk was better. i think FBI had the lead early, lords towards the lead at the end. we got heart? ya. we got that. i think lords and fbi both got it.

at the end of the set FBI had 4 countries oop. lords had 6 oop, with ali and gunny, big guys, and a smattering of the rest of us, if you include #199 we had 7 oop. kta kept restarting and saved many hits against established countries.

race wars? we should have a rematch some time. or join forces sometime. either way, fun times. yea

team server doesn't suck, it's different. people have built in their minds this perfect ideal based on the letter of the server description when the developers specifically said time after time they were going to let players decide what happens there.

unfortunately it's kind of hard to player-enforce a single team system when doing so means joining up with multiple teams to combat other people that do so. until pang and slag and company change it though, THIS IS HOW IT IS! they already know many people are not happy with the server, yet there are many people who quietly play and actually enjoy the server for what it is.

dantzig give it a shot, you might find it's not so bad as you think. some teams might be looking for someone to fill out a team if you post you're looking to try the server out for a set.

we do not cross-retal for land grabs, each tag takes care of it's own retals. special attacks/farming/etc may result in both Lords tags killing the offending country. this set we are 2 Lords tags warring 2 of FBI's tags.

we contested RD for a while over 1:kill, they won. multiple teams versus multiple teams operating loosely as alliances. people are still complaining but let me ask what tag did the bulk of the fighting to change RD policy watching multiple tags give up set after set?

a lot of people come to bad mouth team server on these forums but don't put the effort to change it. it's a game, the developers have provided multiple ways to play the game and no one is forced to play here.

don't have a laptop, doesn't have to be 3g/4g just wifi...probably just going to go with a ipod touch, used or the cheapest new one. most of the time i won't be staying at hotels..friends, camping or just in a vehicle somewhere. just want something that can find and connect on wifi so i can do email/earth without having to ask around for internet.

cool thanks for the link i'll look at those too. thing is i use a prepaid tracfone as i refuse to go on contract to any cell carrier. really only use cell phone to text, no internet at all. i'm just looking for a cheapish standalone device (like those on that link and the two on my original post) that can get wifi and reasonably display web pages (viewable, navigable etc) while i'm on the road.

when looking at spies it's sometimes confusing because of how the decimals display.

i keep overlooking my spy heavy countres when it has no decimal place when most of the other countries do, it looks like they have more spies. for example like 101k, 10.1k. if they are sitting right near each other it's easy to tell but not when it's mixed in the full 16 countries.

is there a way to make it always display one decimal place, even if it is a zero value?

i'm going to be traveling a bit next year and it would be nice to have something to check email/fb and maybe even play a lil' EE on the road. really don't care about music and movies, just need to get on and browse the intertubes every now and again.

what's good/cheap? not worth more than $200 to me, reasonably easy to use with earth/email/fb. tiger direct has Archos 28 (tiny screen) and Velocity Micro R101 reader (bigger screen has some issues) at $99 and $119. looks like ipod touch is a little over $200 but used ones are around too.

46 hours for one country, it has exactly the same turns as the one above and below it, this is really strange as well..

how does the patron system currently work, i've donated a few times but it never said 'donate this much' to be a patron status.

maybe just having different levels of patron would encourage, like $20/yr bronze, $50/yr silver. $150+/yr gold patron?

ads removed always from your account would be awesome, same with the not having to click on the bonus voting things. the 'not necessary but nice' features is a good idea. if someone could work out a Premium setup that made things easier/faster, i'm sure a lot of folks, especially in FFA would jump on it. and it still wouldn't really hinder folks that didn't donate.

first time it's happened to me, on safari browser with no auto-refresh things...

i could understand clicking on one of the servers accidentally, but not both of them at practically the same time, especially while purposely waiting for 18hr to turn over on team.

let's say i had another browser window minimized that countries had been played on the previous night and still tabbed. even though my previous session expired, if i logged into portal in another browser window today, then opened the old window at some point, would it register as have been logged to those servers at that moment? wow that's weirdly phrased, just trying to figure how it could have happend.

ok then..

i've been logged into the portal for a bit this morning, when i just hopped on (waiting for team to get to 18hours) and it shows that both my alliance country and team country last log-in was 0.1 and 0.0 hours respectively.

i definitely didn't log into them, alliance was not anywhere near 18 hours and team was almost there like 17.5 probably, the only things i did were: check the forums for a bit, check my ffa control page...
