the attack throttling was on test servers

the attack throttling code was moved to live but meant to be disabled

the code wasnt disabled

everyone went nuts about change with no warning/announcement

I am still having trouble understanding exactly what it is that llaar did wrong.

he grabbed ove 1.5m land from netters that had low or avereage means of defense in retaliation of the code being placed, AS HE SAID HE WOULD, the code got placed by accident, and boom before the mods could fix it llaar made good on his promise.

thats how i see it.

he then found out it was an accident that it got placed (very big one at that) and is trying fix it but the netters that got hit are not going to crusify the accident the admins made as much as the keeping his word that llaar did as a result of the accident.

yes, it was silly, but he is owning up to it and trying to fix it.
