All this talking fluff about SOF warring is full of fluffness.In other words, NO ONE IS BRAVE ENOUGH TO FACE SOFxWAR..even in friendlies.

Please note that SoF has not begun signing pacts yet as we are still finalizing our new pact terms.

2 pacts have been signed already without our new terms and that was due to our own internal miscommunication and those pacts will be honored this set, however we will not be signing any additional pacts until the new terms are final.

I apologize to all our allies and prospective new allies for the delay. We just want to ensure we have the right terms.
