i dont think its so much the fact that weed is "bad" its that it is "illegal" and if you are willing to break the law to smoke it, what else are you willing to break the law to do, and should the employer take that risk. in addition, for labor jobs, if you need to make a workers comp claim, and test positive for ANY substance that inhibits your abilities, they will deny it. not just bud.

you can argue about it being legal/illegal all you want, but arguing with employers that test for it is silly.

The same chemists that came up with modern medicine and based on many of the same plants.

Over two years, my mother had 38 different prescriptions for her cancer and heart disease. Also had nasty chemo drugs.

None of which missed a stop in a lab but many were derived from many of the same plants.

420 has the ability to treat many different medical issues without a stop in a lab but is "illegal".
