You don't start from scratch when you get killed. Your people quickly rebuild and you start with about 20 percent or so of what your original country was worth. This includes military, population, buildings, money, land and TECH. So you can start off turning out a lot of missiles when you first restart your countries especially since you start off having a substantial amount of land and no missiles. So your missile production is higher based on your low missile/land ratio..

Got that FC? From what I can see from the news is that you started attacking Expanse. Just like you started to attack the innocent farmer XWangerX. Isnt that right? Your lucky CC didn't kill you over that.

You restart with a base percentage of your old countrie's goods. The percentage is higher for goods on the market.

This base percentage increases with every defend your dead country absorbed, with it topping out around 700 defends. Walling past that is kinda pointless other than pride.

Well, if you are in a close war, there is more pride to be gained from winning the war. So the benefit of an effective restart outweighs the walling pride. IMO.
