As far as 0 plans, he's stated quite clearly that unchecked immigration cannot continue, saturating the US with hateful radicals, and MILLIONS of refugees, and also preventing the selling out of the nation with ruinous trade deals is most certainly a clear description of plans laid bare. For people who understand his tactics, and other Nationalistic leaders like him, it's a "We come first" mentality, and it's easy to employ and interpret. It's why China and Russia have taken as much control, and we have become so diminished. It's why Iran, Saudi Arabia, and OPEC do as they please. WE have given up our power and dominance for the ability to be seen as peaceful and tolerant. That is not the world we live in, and it never will be.

Trump does say some pretty ignorant sh!t at times, but he also makes many strong statements that speak to ACTUAL Americans. Because of this, and a few other reasons, women are not taken seriously as equals in most fashions. It is not hate, but a lack of respect. This is the primary argument by feminist, equality and respect. Unfortunately, that will never happen.

Point of having a gun is for self defense, or in case the uprising begins during your lifetime. Keep your guns and ammo talk to a minimum, and you are off the radar.

One tip: Make friends with the hunter/survivalist who likes to make their own ammo. A choke point when the uprising begins will be that ammunition is cleared off the shelves. GDI is designed to protect the Netters, not the average or new player who actually needs the additional support. In fact most new players fall for the notion that GDI is an added layer of armor, or will discourage attacks. Humanitarian limitations are the only boundary between you and the lions. They count on that as much as you do.

At this point, you might want to display some aggressive counters. Spiteful comments, slamming the keyboard, and yelling at your mother have failed to do the trick. My select approach to dealing with a country tagged with a bullseye: go pick a fight. You spend a few days exchanging gunfire, mire in DR, then accept a truce. Now people who see your history will know you are willing to sacrifice your set for a retal, and this makes you far less attractive as a target.

I agree that changes to the game mechanisms will not counter effective battle strategery. If the chance to surprise attack an opponent arises, than you would be a fool to ignore the opportunity.
If the war became stale he may be acting out of desperation. Dropping land means he isn't recouping SPAL. Each day he grows weaker. Find two badass Intel allies, buy spy tech, and ride out the storm. Counterattack with ABs to weaken him further. Stock or no stock, his resources will dry up. Save your spies for defense. Pray to Jesus. You may just survive the ordeal.

P.S. You can save spy ops by comparing his NW changes. Did he drop? Probably sold mil or tech. Go up? Bought something. Did his land go up 20 acres in the last 10 minutes? Just signed in. Etc...

If we want to adjust missile value, would it not be appropriate to enact a missile upkeep expense? Nukes hold more value than cruise, but also cost more to maintain.

Increase DR for sabotage missiles.
Random failure of launched missiles.
Adding rocket attacks to Spy ops.

Interesting. Are the bots aware of changes to their stats due to earthquakes, Chems, ABs? Will they stop to rebuild or do they go on a explore/build cycle, and ignore it, if only temporary?

I remember how this started off as " defending" bots from excessive grabbing, which eventually morphed into you proving that a lot of Safety Netters were gaining too easily, but here you repeat how "fun" it all is.
You can clearly see in the respond pool that most SNs still reach their goals, many players don't like it, and it is provided little service to New players.
To those who don't know what the fuk youre doing it appears as though some war monger playing a suicide is here to sh!t on everyone's day. Some players still don't know which are bots so they wait on you to identify them, which takes some of the mystery.
For the most part you are sabotaging qzuls work, making it difficult to interpret what response they have to code changes. Bots die off, and players get nervous, especially when you lot players so they waste time clearing your plate to change builds.
I see this exact same arrogance and aggression on other servers, except all the sh!t talk is posted in Russian.
Take a few set brake, and reflect on why you secretly hate bots. Is it because you wish you were born a bot instead? Does the monkey suit feel "wrong"? It's never too late to find your true self KoH. Just look at Bruce Jenner. ;)

If you are worried about retals these are a few things to consider when selecting a target:
Do they have enough mil to immediately retal? Or ca$h to buy up offense?
Are they in the news feed hurling missiles or retaling other hits?
Is their tech war heavy, meaning war machine waiting for a reason.
Is the target GDI?
If it came to war, is it a country you can handle?
Is it a rainbow?
Is it close to end of set, and your target is stuck in the mud, flat NW?
There are countless other factors, but I'm on mobile, and can't even see what I'm typing.

Remember, a massive PS on a well established target is embarrassing and almost always gets a real.
If you hit late in the set and your target is rainbow or stagnant, they may suicide.

So far as messaging people concerning retal windows, I would consider it a personal challenge if you told me to retal within 72 hours. I would message you back telling you its fine, then on hour 71 1\2 summon my Asian slaves who would then strap you to a cold metal table business end up and invite an army of Anacondas from the local prison to meet your invitation with FULL force. ;)
